The widget code must be installed on your website HTML files. Depending on the platform or hosting server you’re using for your website, you will have different ways of doing it.
The truth is: if you don’t know how to install the code yourself, you should ask for the help of your website developer or your hosting company support. Because if you do this wrong, your website may stop working.
If your website was made with WordPress, then you can download our WP plugin here and install it on your WordPress Admin Plugins options. Just click on the Add New button on the top of the screen, then Upload Plugin.
