Assign Leads Automatically

If you have a sales team, you can assign leads to a team member or a group directly from your conversational flow. You can have split decisions depending on the visitor’s answers to your questions, for example, and send the lead to your sales team or to your financial department.

Change template colors

For each chosen template, you can customize the colors according to your preference or need. Just click on the panel gear icon and then colors. You will be able to change the color of the title, text, buttons and background color. Here’s how it works.

The flow designer offers several types of templates: panels with video, with integrated bot, interaction, features, articles, among others. To choose the best option, just click on the gear icon, followed by “template” and then the blue “change template” button. See how simple it is.

If you opt for a panel with video, you must first select a video template and then enter the URL (link) of your Youtube or Vimeo video under “Data”.
